For our Ginger + Turmeric kombucha we use a combination of a loose-leaf black tea, and a herbal blend which contains dried ginger & turmeric roots, and calendula leaves. The turmeric provides a lovely spice and earthiness, as well as a beautiful golden appearance. Please refrigerate on arrival.
